This impressive bespoke fitted bedroom wardrobe is a custom made-to-measure Shaker style spray painted closet. Created to be built-in in the period London property the fitted wardrobe is the practical storage solution that matches the overall style of the property.

The set of sixteen doors has been professionally spray painted to create the smooth look, and the Shaker style chosen by the customer compliments the traditional interior throughout. As the property has amazing high ceiling it was decided to split the doors in 2 sections – the tall lower doors to access the main storage space and the top ones – for storage of the seasonal items or something the customer does not use very often.

The spray-painted finish is applied with complete accuracy across every frame, panel, and edge, delivering the flawless, brush-mark-free surface that defines the highest standard of painted fitted furniture. The shaker profile — with its central panel set within a clean rectangular-profiled frame across all doors, both the upper and lower ones, creating a visually coherent and architecturally compelling look of light, elegant geometry. Each door is fitted with a small polished chrome knob handle, its rounded profile providing a subtle period accent and traditional character to the fitted wardrobe. All doors are fitted with soft-closing hinges throughout.

The internal storage features have been discussed with and chosen by the customer to create the bespoke and personalised storage solution. The left door and has been fitted with the mirror inside, that is crucial when dressing up, applying make up, or doing your hair. That section also comes with box-type shelves, light strips and lower hanging space. The two central sections come with two types of shelves – the set of removable ones for storage flexibility and the set of the fixed one in the lower part of the wardrobe. The right part of the fitted wardrobe also comes with the mirror on the inside of the doors and hanging space for longer items like coats, maxi dresses etc and shorter ones – shirts, cardigans, trousers etc.

The fitted light strip illuminates the whole section for a more convenient choice of the garments, as the open doors blocks the sun light, that might make that LED light strip, running along the sides of the shelving bays and casting a warm, even amber glow that illuminates the shelves and hanging spaces. Hanging rails, adjustable shelving sections are configured individually and are entirely bespoke in every dimension and layout detail, designed precisely to the client’s requirements.
